Should I publish package prices?

A starting price at minimum. Budget is nearly always part of the question, and no number means no shortlist.

Does alt text really matter that much here?

On a portfolio site it is the majority of your readable content. Write it as description, not keywords.

My site is one long page. Is that a problem?

Yes — one page is one answer. Separate pages per service give you several chances to be the right result.

What about availability?

Even a simple 'currently booking spring 2027' line in text answers a question assistants otherwise report as unknown.
