Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using aiscan.site or the AIScan — AI Readiness Checker Chrome extension (collectively "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service fetches publicly accessible pages at URLs you submit and runs a set of automated checks to estimate how "AI-ready" the page is. Results are informational and best-effort — they are not professional SEO, security, or compliance advice.
3. Acceptable use
- Only scan URLs you have a right to scan, or that are publicly available and you have a legitimate reason to inspect.
- Don't use the Service to attack, overload, or circumvent the security of any site, including aiscan.site.
- Don't try to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service's internals, or resell scan output as your own product without permission.
- Don't submit illegal content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
4. Rate limits and abuse
The public API is rate-limited. We may further throttle, suspend, or terminate access (including API keys and accounts) for any usage we believe is abusive, illegal, or harmful to the Service or third parties.
5. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your key has been compromised.
6. Public results
Scan results are public by default and appear in the public scans feed. Do not scan URLs you wish to keep private. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its source code visible on the site, the branding, and the scoring system are © M Asif Rahman. Scan results derived from publicly accessible pages may be reused with attribution to aiscan.site.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee accuracy of scan results, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIScan and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
