Our listings come from a feed. Can they be crawlable?

Yes — render them server-side to real URLs and add them to the sitemap. Most agency platforms support it; it is usually just switched off.

What should happen when a property is let?

Keep the URL, mark it let, and link to similar stock. Do not 404 an address an agent may already reference.

Do we have to publish fees?

Publishing them is both a legal expectation in many markets and the fastest way to appear in 'which agent charges what' answers.

Do area guides help?

They are among the most-cited pages agencies publish, because they answer the question around the transaction.
